Quartier Libre is inspired by a wind of Freedom blown by the desire and the audacity to create. The brand was created at the end of 2017 in Toulouse in the south of France. At the initiative of this crazy idea: Adeline and Lucile, both passionate about stationery, joined forces around a common project: creating their own brand. Quartier Libre offers original patterns drawn entirely by hand, in watercolor and pencil to be then printed in the Toulouse region.
