Terms of Sales
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter the “GTC”) govern the sales made
via the website “www.art-du-papier.fr”. These T&Cs apply to the exclusion of all other conditions.
You declare that you have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions, it being specified that, unless proven otherwise,
the data recorded by Art du Papier direct constitutes proof of all transactions carried out by the customer.
ARTICLE 1: ORDER
To order items via our website https://www.art-du-papier.fr,
you just have to make your choice in our shop.
Once you have made your choice, you will confirm your order and your payment method and you will accept these General Terms and Conditions.
You will then receive an email confirming your order with an order number.
ARTICLE 2: PRICE
2.1 The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included. Processing and shipping costs are indicated in addition.
2.2 Art du Papier direct reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in effect on the day of the order.
2.3 Until full payment of the price, the products remain the property of Art du Papier direct
ARTICLE 3: PAYMENT
- by credit card, Visa, MasterCard. Our website uses a security system, the SSL encryption process.

ARTICLE 4: AVAILABILITY
Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the website, while stocks last.
In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order, we will inform you as soon as possible by email or post,
Your order will be automatically cancelled and you will be immediately refunded if you made your payment by credit card.
ARTICLE 5: DELIVERY
The products are delivered to the delivery address you indicated when registering or, where applicable, when ordering.
The maximum delivery time for your order is 15 working days.
The average delivery time for an order is 48 hours, the usual average time excluding delays not due to Art du Papier direct.
For deliveries within mainland France, deliveries are made via tracked Colissimo, shipping costs are €6.95 for orders under €45. For orders over €45, shipping costs will be free via Colissimo relay point.
Please note: If you choose to have your package delivered to a collection point, you have 5 days to collect it. If you do not collect it, it will be returned to our warehouse. You will then be responsible for the shipping and return costs. A fee of €13.90 will be deducted from your order.
For deliveries abroad, deliveries are made via Colissimo Expert International, the related shipping costs will be indicated to you when placing the order.
Art du Papier direct cannot be held responsible for a delivery failure when the address indicated by the customer is incorrect.
In the event of a shipping delay, you will have the option to cancel your order.
ARTICLE 6: COMPLAINT
For consumers within the meaning of French law, you have a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) clear days to notify us that you wish to return your order if it does not suit you. The period runs from the receipt of the product.
Returns must be made to Art du Papier direct, 4 route de Longjumeau, Batiment 01 91380 Chilly Mazarin, in their original packaging, in good condition and accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
Products returned incomplete, damaged, spoiled or soiled by the customer will not be accepted for return or exchange.
The refund will be made by bank check or by credit to your bank account using the payment method used when placing your order.
For orders of announcements, cards and printed items (tracing paper, place markers) or personalized items, under Article L.121 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised given the personalization and the production of orders according to the specifications specific to each customer.
The colors and textures displayed on our website are not contractually binding; each screen displays its image according to the settings applied to it and not necessarily according to the printer calibration. Our website cannot be held responsible if your customization order presents a marginal difference in print color, paper color, or texture.
ARTICLE 6 bis: RETURN
If you wish to return your package, here is the procedure to follow.
1. Report your return request.
Go to the Contact Us page.
Select the Return Code item and write your message, specifying your order number, reference, quantity, and the reason for your return request. To facilitate the tracking and processing of returns, we will send you a return code that you can indicate on your return package.
2. Return your package
When you receive your return code, please return the contents of your order to us in their original packaging.

3. Reason for refusal of package

4. Preparation error
Upon receipt of your return code request, we will send you a Colissimo package, allowing you to return your package free of charge. Upon receipt of the return, we will resend your order at our expense.
ARTICLE 7: PERSONAL INFORMATION
The information and data concerning you are necessary for the management of your order. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, delete, and rectify your personal data by contacting service-client@artdupapier.com
ARTICLE 8: APPLICABLE LAW – DISPUTES
These T&Cs are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
