You have seven (14) clear days to request a return code for us to return your order if the items ordered are not suitable. The period starts from receipt of the product. After obtaining your return code, you will return the items, in their original packaging, in good condition and accompanied by a copy of your invoice to the following address:

Your return code request may be refused for the following reasons:
- Delivery date greater than the 7 days you had to make your complaint and your return code request,
- You are a professional, the provisions of article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code do not apply between professionals.
- You have placed an order for a personalized item, announcement, card, stamps, wax seal.

Select the Return Code object and write your message specifying your order number, reference, quantity and the reason for your return request. To facilitate tracking and processing of returns, we will send you a return code that you can indicate on your return package.

Return your package
When you obtain your return code, please return the contents of your order to us in their original packaging in clean packaging and by tracked Colissimo. To facilitate the processing of your return, please indicate your “Return” number on your package.
Once your package has been shipped, please communicate your package number by email.

Preparation error
Upon receipt of your return code request, we will send you a Colissimo package, allowing you to return your package free of charge. Upon receipt of the return, we will re-ship your order at our expense.
