A. Make a return request

You have seven (14) clear days to request a return code for us to return your order if the items ordered are not suitable. The period starts from receipt of the product. Select the Return Code object and write your message specifying your order number, reference, quantity and the reason for your return request. To facilitate tracking and processing of returns, we will send you a return code that you can indicate on your return package.

2. Return your package
When you obtain your return code, please return the contents of your order to us in their original packaging in clean packaging and by tracked Colissimo. To facilitate the processing of your return, please indicate your “Return” number on your package.
